My Utmost for His Highest. "Lord, I will follow Thee; but . . ." Luke 9:61 Supposing God tells you to do something which is an enormous test to your common sense, what are you going to do? Hang back? If you get into the habit of doing a thing in the physical domain, you will do it every time until you break the habit determinedly; and the same is true spiritually. Read More...

The Answer For Evil. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good. (Psalm 53:1)

How it was that 60 million perished following the Bolshevik revolution? 'Men have forgotten God' - that's why all this happened. All attempts to find a way out of the plight of today's world are fruitless unless we redirect our consciousness, in repentance, to the Creator of all: Without this, no exit will be illumined, and we shall seek it in vain." - Alexander Solzhenitsyn

Associate Pastor Wayne DurdenAh, Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You. (Jeremiah 32:17) Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, And You are exalted as head over all. (1 Chronicles. 29:11 )

For many years I have heard choirs, preachers, praise teams, even myself preach about, talk about, sing about there's nothing to hard for our God and you know that statement is very scriptural. The bible says seek first the kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33) but what is the kingdom of God?

For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.(Romans 14:17) Jesus said in the Lord's prayer, For thine is the kindgom (Matthew 6:13). Our walk with God begins when we enter the kingdom of God, we do this, spiritually speaking, through a new birth experience. What an honor to discover the joy of being in God's presence and knowing He's your Lord. Think on this, there cannot be a kingdom without a king. Our king is Jesus Christ. He is King of all kings and Lord of all lords. In the bible book of Revelation it is written that He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. (Revelation 19:16) Everybody, no exceptions, will bow before Him, Kings, statesman, servants, etc.

We all know we're in an election year, but our Lord is not running for anything or from anything, praise God. "Everything is under control, let's not forget this". He is God and He is not moved by promises from politicians or anyone else. It is His desire that we experience His glory, His power, His love and the purpose and plan He has for our lives, He is King.
