I decided to become an astrophysicist at the age of eight. I read all the physics and astronomy books in the children’s section of my library. My family supported my voracious appetite for knowledge. My teachers assigned me lots of extra-curricular projects in the social sciences, which eventually sparked my spiritual quest. In Joshua 2: 9, we find one of the most definitive statements of belief recorded in Scripture and what’s so fantastic is that these words came out of the mouth of a Canaanite harlot: “I know that the Lord has given you the land.” But this wasn’t all Rahab knew.
